Hiking Catawba Falls in Black Mountain, NC

Two hikes in one day! After destroying our legs with the steep climb up to Lookout Point, we rewarded ourselves with an easy hike to see Catawba Falls. The water was freeeeeezing, but refreshing!

Lookout Mountain Trail in Montreat, NC

July 2019

Definitely earned my beer hiking up this trail! It was only about a mile long, but steep as could be. My calves were on fire by the end of it but the views were so worth it!
