Date night! JP and I are usually the "pizza takeout and Netflix" type of couple but it's nice to splurge a little sometimes (obviously I didn't splurge on a manicure).

It's the end of an era — I'm officially leaving Philly. When I first moved to this house a year and a half ago, there was nothing across the street except an empty dirt lot. Since I've been there, there's an entire block of luxury condos, multiple breweries have popped up, and a little team of underdogs called the Philadelphia Eagles won the Superbowl. I think my work here is done. I'm on to a new chapter of my life, but don't worry — I'll bring my drinks (and you) along for the ride.

Don't worry be hoppy! I have Kona Brewing’s Hanalei hidden under this cute koozie to celebrate Sinead’s and Allie’s birthday extravaganza. What was supposed to be a festive summer pool party turned into a festive summer basement party because New Jersey's weather never wants to cooperate — but we made the most of it!
